Front Desk Agent

The first to greet anyone who walks through the door, you’re a person who loves talking to people and making them feel heard. WHAT YOU DO

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out, room reservations, and inquiries, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, nightly reconciliation, and reporting to ownership
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and Provisions Store
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping and reservation teams to ensure seamless guest service throughout the property
  • Utilize PMS and POS systems to manage room inventory, process payments, and handle administrative tasks
  • Address guest concerns promptly and collaborate with team members to resolve issues

What you bring

  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Front of House (FOH) experience
  • Office and administrative experience
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Design experience is a plus

Bartender at Trotwood Restaurant

What you do

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails
  • Display a strong product knowledge and adherence to company standards
  • Interact with customers, take orders, serve food when necessary, and provide exceptional, consistent service
  • Accurately fulfill guest orders, promptly address and resolve complaints, and anticipate guest needs
  • Handle all cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bar while adhering to health, safety, fire safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Stay proactive in learning and following company standards and statutory legislation, and assist with other duties as needed

  • Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring rooms are prepared to the highest standards

  • Maintain the grounds and prepare event spaces to ensure a seamless experience for guests
  • Operate hand tools and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and adjust plans based on weather and other variables
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, working efficiently under pressure
  • Safely operate utility vehicles and manage transportation needs across the property

What you bring

  • Proficiency with hand tools and basic maintenance tasks
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to operate a utility vehicle is a plus
  • Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for several hours
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
