THE VENUE

Historic and peaceful. Original and fresh. Rollicking and free.

Situated on 47 acres of pristine wilderness, Glen Falls House is surrounded by miles of hiking trails, breathtaking waterfalls, and natural swimming holes. One of the first resorts in the Catskills, the property has been meticulously renovated with thoughtful design to preserve its 19th century history and bring its amenities into modern times. With 42 different hotel rooms to choose from, a tavern and bar, field and arbor, woodland pavilion, flower and herb garden, pool and bonfire pits, the property can accommodate any event, big and small.

CAPACITY

We offer events for up to 200 guests. Our 42-room hotel sleeps 80-100 people.

RATES

Single-day bookings range from $16,000 to $20,000. A full weekend buyout of our venue is $30,000. The cost of rooms is not included.

THE SPACE

The heart of the party. Where the magic happens.

Ceremony Field and Arbor

A clearing in the woods where towering trees provide a sense of intimacy and splendor. Gather loved ones in our ceremonial field and exchange vows underneath our wooden arbor.

Woodland Pavilion

Dine and dance the night away in our beautifully landscaped woodland pavilion. Design the fully tented 40x80 reception space to your heart’s desire and make this party your own.

MAIN HOUSE

A carefully restored 19th century farmhouse. A place to socialize and tuck in. The Main House features 17 unique guest rooms as well as our sun room, shop and farm-to-table restaurant, Trotwood.

TAVERN

A full bar, stone fireplace, dance floor, stage and billiards room. All in a vintage Catskill setting. The perfect space for any afterparty.

Pool

In between events, guests can grab a floatie and head to the pool for a dip. Or if you’re wanting to make it part of your celebration, we’re well equipped for a DJ’ed pool party.

Tavern

With a retro camper bar serving up cold drinks, it’s the ideal spot for a welcome BBQ or afternoon hang. 15 picnic tables offer family and friends a place to mingle and unwind.

THE FOOD

Trotwood, our farm-to-table restaurant, serves up an array of seasonally-inspired fare sourced from local ingredients.

A variety of menu options are available to accommodate your event’s size and style. We source only the freshest ingredients from local farms, trusted suppliers and our on-site garden. Dishes vary according to the season and always reflect the highest quality of Upstate dining.

Family-style reception dinners starting at $125 a head. Additional options and add-ons for 2024/2025 coming soon.

  • Menus are seasonal. Choices and market prices may vary
  • Menu options exclude the cost of place-settings, serviceware, decorations, bar/beverages and tastings.
  • Tasting Menu dates are limited and can be offered upon request.

THE DRINKS

Our beer, wine, and cocktail selections are seasonally curated to complement our changing menu and to showcase the talented craftsmen, brewers and winemakers we love. We focus on local brews, consciously produced wines, and distinctive spirits.

Classic Beer and Wine

Our entry-level package offers free-poured red and white wine (1 selection each) and 2 beer styles, along with non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea.

Classic Open Bar

Includes our Classic Beer and Wine package, with the addition of well liquor (vodka, tequila, whiskeys, rum, gin) and liqueurs.

$19 per guest per hour.

Premium Wine & Beer with Classic Open Bar

For the connoisseurs, a Classic Open Bar with four wine selections, including rosé and sparkling options.

$22 per guest per hour.

Premium Wine & Beer with Premium Open Bar

Premium spirits, two specialty cocktails and an expanded wine selection make this one top tier.

With 42 guest rooms, Glen Falls House can sleep about 100-110 of your nearest and dearest. Think of it like a big sleepover, but with drinks, dancing and a dip in the pool.

MAIN HOUSE

This original 1881 lodging offers 17 uniquely sized and styled rooms.

COTTAGE

Located next to our Flower Farm, the Cottage is home to 13 rooms - cozier singles and larger double queens.

HILLTOP

Picturesque views and privacy make the Hilltop Motel’s 12 rooms a great option for families.
